1940 Earl E. Anderson, '40 BS, '49 MS, Vienna, VA, has been named to the American Bar Association Board of Governors. A retired four-star general, Anderson is a former assistant commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps. He is a member of the WVU Academy of Distinguished Alumni and holds a law degree from George Washington University and honorary law degrees from WVU and Thiel College. He writes a column for The Compleat Lawyer, an ABA magazine.
